How the Booking Works

Choose a preferred date and time and, if you have one, a unit type. The Sales Concierge confirms the appointment and sends the e-brochure ahead of the visit, so you arrive with the floor plans and unit distribution already in hand. Registering is free and carries no obligation to buy. Marketing commission on a new launch is paid by the developer, not the buyer, so booking through this site costs nothing.

Getting There

The sales gallery is at 11 Bassein Road, Singapore 309839, directly beside the site of The Serra Residences. It is about eight minutes’ walk or three minutes’ drive from Novena MRT station (NS20), Exit A, and the walk passes Tan Tock Seng Hospital. Because the gallery stands next to the site, a visit shows the setting as well as the homes.

What to Bring

• Identification for each person who intends to be named as a purchaser.
• An in-principle approval from your bank, if you plan to take a loan.
• A note of your CPF Ordinary Account balance, if you intend to use it.

What to Look At

A preview is the best chance to see the finishes, the proportions of the rooms and the model of the development. It is worth checking the orientation of the stacks you are considering — the developer’s design concept describes south-facing homes as looking to the city skyline and Marina Bay, and north-facing homes over greenery — and asking about the facilities on levels 3 and 17, which the site plan shows.

Preparing the Numbers

Bringing Family to the Preview

If several family members will live in the home or share in the purchase, it is worth bringing them to the same appointment, so that questions about layouts, stacks and financing are settled together. Why Book Early

A preview is the first opportunity to see the homes before the wider public, and appointments are limited to what the gallery can host across the twelve days. Early registration gives the widest choice of appointment times, and it puts you first in line for the e-brochure, the full floor plan set and pricing when the developer releases it. With 133 homes across thirteen types, some types have only thirteen or ten homes, and the penthouses only one each, so buyers with a clear preference benefit from seeing the homes early.

A Note on Commission

Buyers sometimes ask whether booking through a marketing site adds to the cost. It does not: marketing commission on a new launch is paid by the developer, not the buyer, and the price of a home is the same however the appointment is made.

After the Preview
